Reactive Jetting is an active research area for Added Scientific.

Multi-material printing is one of Added Scientific’s core strengths, with various technologies available including unique jetting systems that have been designed and built in-house. These allow us to deposit multiple material simultaneously within the same product, as well as to dial-up materials whilst printing.

Reactive Jetting is an active research area for Added Scientific, where two monomers are printed simultaneously and reacted on the substrate. This enables the printing of “impossible” materials, such as highly viscous materials.

Multi-material printing is one of Added Scientific’s core strengths.

Multi-material printing has a range of applications, from printed electronics that combine conductive tracks with insulative layers, to printed pharmaceuticals that combine multiple drugs within a single dosage form.
