About Deshani Gunasekera
Deshani joined the Centre for Additive Manufacturing (CfAM), The University of Nottingham in 2015 as a PhD student. Her research focused on identifying routes of 3D Printing biopolymers using ionic liquids. She has over 4 years experience in ink development, material jetting and characterisation. She also brings over expertise from chemical manufacturing plants as a process engineer and a diploma in management accounting.
